Gigapult 0.3.1 has been released!

Changes:

• Implemented the ability to add paths to classes to classpath (not only jars)
• Added ability to start gs_instance.rb with multiple overrides (not only one)
• Updated default configuration files to use GS_HOME/config/gs_logging.properties
• Fixed some small bugs
