Stock Demo - Local cache support

Local cache support added to the stock demo.
Changes were made to gsApplicationContext.xml and in the GigaSpaceStockDao class.

Stock Demo - new stocks file

Added another stocks file with about 1100 stocks to show a more frequent update rate in the web UI.
This file is used by default.
