New projectcreator.jar

Please replace the projectcreator.jar you have used before with the one recently posted: 2008_09_04

The new jar has a fix to the junit test that stopped working as of GigaSpacesXAP6.5 -- it now works with GigaSpaces6.5 and 6.6
